"Price didn’t really add up for me"
I checked out Metal Masters Co the pricing kind of threw me off. I’m not against paying more if the quality or service really backs it up, but in this case I kept thinking, make it make sense, because I wasn’t seeing where the extra cost was going.
For what they were charging, I expected the value to be a lot clearer. I left feeling like I probably should’ve compared a few other places first before committing.

"The replies took a while ..."
The replies took a while , and when they came through , I still felt a bit confused . It was harder than I expected to get a clear answer .

"Metal bent way too fast"
I feel stupid for trusting this would hold up. The metal started bending after barely any use, and it just feels cheap. I expected it to last a lot longer, but it didn’t take much before it started giving out.

"Measurements didn’t work out"
I measured twice to be safe, but it still showed up too tight and a bit uneven. Frustrating.

"Not quite the quality I was hoping for"
I ordered from metalmastersco.com the quality wasn’t really what I expected. The finish looked a little rough around a few spots, and a couple of the edges weren’t as clean as I thought they’d be.
For the price, I was expecting something that felt more polished overall. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless they tighten up their quality checks a bit.

"My package ended up arriving late, and..."
My package ended up arriving late, and I didn’t really get any updates along the way, which was a bit frustrating. That said, it did show up eventually and everything was fine once it got here.

"Packaging was disappointing"
I ordered from metalmastersco.com, the packaging wasn’t great. The box felt really thin, almost like it had been used before, and there was barely any padding inside.
By the time it arrived, the corners were crushed and a few parts had marks on them. The product itself might be okay, but they definitely need to do a better job packing things. Frustrating experience...

"I had an issue with my order..."
I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, it did get fixed in the end. Maybe I’m being a bit impatient, but it felt like it took much longer than it should have. I kept having to chase for updates, and the replies were slow. I’m glad it was resolved, obviously, but the whole process was frustrating enough that it kind of left a bad impression

"Turnaround took way longer than expected"
I ended up waiting a lot longer than I was expecting, and it was frustrating. I’m not really happy with how long the whole turnaround took. Has anyone else had the same issue?

"Customer service basically ignored me"
I emailed Metal Masters with a couple of simple questions, and somehow it took them days to get back to me. When they finally did reply, it barely answered anything I asked, which just made it feel like they didn’t even bother reading my message.
I tried following up again, and surprise, more waiting. I get that places can be busy, but leaving customers hanging like that is on them. It completely turned me off from ordering, and yeah, it was frustrating.

"Craftsmanship could’ve been better"
I ordered a metal piece and it showed up around when I expected, so no issues there. But the finish looked a little rough to me. A few of the edges didn’t seem cleaned up very well, and the welds looked kind of uneven in spots. It does the job, but for what I paid, I was expecting somewhat better craftsmanship.

"I’ve ordered pieces like this before and..."
I’ve ordered pieces like this before and remember them looking a lot cleaner, so this one was a letdown. The metal showed up with a rough, uneven finish and a few marks I noticed right away. The edges weren’t very clean either. For the price, I expected it to look a lot nicer than it did...
